Ever since I first heard this song, I was drawn to it and what I take as the meaning from it. I always longed for the type of love, acceptance, and security that the lyrics portray. Before I even found such love, I absolutely could not get enough of the song.

Today, Michael and I are truly, madly, deeply in love. Not only do we stand on mountain tops together, but we also reassure and support each other when we are down. While we aren’t married yet, the plans are in the works, and we are engaged. Once we officially tie the knot, I will for sure want to live like this forever with him.

If you’ve never heard the song, give it a listen. It is probably one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. The band isn’t around anymore but the music lives on.
