Tim: Confused and unsure...

UPDATE: Total scammer. I don't regret talking to her though. Worth taking a chance.

So, we have been talking to an expectant mom for the last few days. I badly want to believe she isn't a scammer but there are so many red flags. There are multiple Facebook accounts with the same name. The sonogram picture is floating around on other accounts just with different dates. She states she feels like people are impersonating her. I just don't know what to think or believe.

At the same time, our conversations seem genuine. She hasn't asked for money. She hasn't gotten angry at my millions of questions and answers them all. We message back and forth throughout the day about anything and everything. She has sent a few pictures of herself that do not appear to be faked but I am far from an expert.

But the whole thing just seems very strange. I feel like I'm being overly judgmental because she has had a very nontraditional life and way of living. Are we giving up our chance at a beautiful baby girl that may or may not exist?

This is proving to be a difficult journey, and this is the first expectant mom that we have really interacted with. I knew it was going to be tough and to expect this type of thing but a part of me is holding on to the tiniest amount of hope that this might be a genuine expectant mom.
